I am not sure if there is a set guideline for this. It may vary depending on your county is health department guidelines. Where I live there is no rule or requirement for sick employees. Our shop basically lets us decide. If we feel we are too sick to tattoo and run the risk of making others sick, then we call off. Usually the clients understand and are willing to reschedule.
