How long does a henna tattoo last

Henna will last from 10 days to 3 weeks depending on the area of the body where it is applied.
Since the skin completely renews itself every couple of weeks there is no product that will last the length of time you want.
The only thing that will last like that is permanent tattoo.
If you redo your henna every week you can keep it going as long as you like.

I think there is, not sure what its called though. If u havent had a henna tattoo before then get the allergy spot test first because, i got 1 and i was allergic, i dont think its a common allergy though. Im also allergic to hair dye. So i would suggest u test 1st

Edit. Oh and it lasts a month. Unless ur allergic then u get a temporary scar

It depends on how big the henna is and how long you want to keep it! since you want it on for about a year than I would recommend getting a bigger one and then asking the tattoo artist how long it will last before you get it done! Good luck with your henna!!!

Sorry, henna tattoos are only supposed to last one week to two weeks at most. It is best to buy the good stuff at art stores because they will be cheaper.

But, the good thing about henna is that you can trace over your tattoo when it starts to fade. So, you can have the same tat over and over.

i've gotten henna tattoos before, and they do not last as long as they say. But me and my friends just go over them with permanent marker =P

a henna tatoo lasts for a month well thats how long mine stayed and ive had 5 of them. im pretty sure there are no semi permanent tattoos other than henna sorry hun!

not very long, if u wash it off, it will fade away, but it usually lasts around 2-3 months.it begins to get a faded look, and looks kinda gross
