I'm addicted to tattoos....I have 9 and want more...anyone else

i have 3 right now & i have like 20 more that i have designed. it is to the point my husband is getting me a kit to start tattooing & it has all the things with it to teach u how to tattoo. i think they r great. some peope think they r offencive but they dont realize the art behind them. my grandma & aunty dont like mine that much. my first tattoo was a cartoon devil then i got an angle. the last year i got a butterfly with vines & flowers on my lower back. they dont like the devil because they say it is saitanic but it is my conscince the devil an angle. i dont let it get to me any more though. i think of it as it is my skin & i will do with it what i want. i am the one that has to live with it.

Yes some turn their noses up but it is ur own life & u only get one shot at it. I would not particularly go for tattoos that r on show but I do like them in the body but respect those that do

I do not try to hide them but at the same time I do not show them off

i have 13 tattoos! only have one that is big ish on my lower back, but that was to cover up something else (yes, a name, i was 21 & stupid! so technically i have 14 tattoos!). the other ones are small and are covered most of the time.

Sorry but personally I do not like tattoos.
I think that after a while they look kind of weird. As long as you do not have them all over your arms and legs and stuff like that. if you want another one just get another one!

Over 90% of my body is covered in ink, and I am going to get more work done on Monday. I am hopelessly addicted to tattoos, and I love it.

Yes tattoos are very addicting. I have 4 and plan on getting a few more. My hubby has 5 and plans on getting a few more himself. Some people find tattoos very offensive so it is just common courtesy to hide tats while in church or at an office job. It is no one else is skin but yours. You have to live with them so you're the only one that counts.

I do not think that is too many tattoos and I do not find tattoos to be generally offensive, unless the tattoo is itself blatantly offensive or rude.

i am addicted!! no doubt about that! i am always excited about getting work done. i do not know of anyone who is offended by tattoos but i know there are a lot of people who do not like them. i never really try to hide my tattoos. well unless i am around my grandparents because i think they would be sad if they know how many and how big my tattoos are. they know i have two tiny ones (that i got covered up with much bigger ones!)

People will always judge you, if not for ur tattoos, then for ur hair or clothes or whatever. The only opinions that should matter r those of ur loved ones, & ultimately YOURS. I love tattoos! I think they r beautiful! I also do not think people should hide their tattoos in church. But I understand why u would feel like u have to hide ur tattoos in church, because people judge. But who cares! Do what u want & what makes u happy, ur body is YOUR canvas. If people do not like it, then they do not have to look.

A couple of strategically placed tattoos can be cute, or sexy. But once u cross that line it goes into ''trashy''. If any of them r visible while wearing normal clothing, they can hold u back in the work place. Besides all that, they r Permanent. Forever! You may be young & cute, right now, but u wo not always be. Close ur eyes, & picture all those same tattoos on a woman the age of ur grandmother. You will be that age one day, & u will still have those tattoos. If u think u r trying to hide them now, u will really be trying to hide them then.

Yep - a sure sign of addiction!
You keep getting them but you are afraid to show them in public!
Get some professional help with this addiction!

no i do not think so. There is a preacher in USA who is covered from pretty much head to foot (sleeves and everything) and they all worship him coz he tells God is stories through his body art! Pretty cool. I really want one but not old enuff. Been waiting for ages! Heard bout him on Miami Ink. It is a tattoo shop and there is 'cameras filming it all. Have you seen it?

who care what people think i'm sure they're cute and unique in their own way. this is a new day and age. i just picked up a second job and i could not believe they said we can have our tats showing if it is not offensive and too large before you always had to cover them up offensive or not. the way i look at it. do not get a tat if you cover it up flaunt it if you really like it. i love body art too!!!

I do not have any tattoo is but I am going to get one this year. I've been wanting one for years now and I've never gathered the courage to do it until now. I am just waiting to get some extra cash to get one done. Hopefully before springtime. I can not wait!!!

So much tattoos are not exactly my favorite, but if they are making you happy. it is your skin and your life.
