I had some piercings done 20 years ago that I thought were cool at the time. Now they just look ridiculous. I let them grow back.

got my ears pierced when i was 16, because all my friends had theirs done. no tattoos though.

i got my tattoo to me fashionable...i use to see alot of girls with them and i thought they were cute so i decided to get me one on my lower back..

Well, I have not got any piercings because I feel it would be UNfashionable on me. I would love to get my belly button pierced, but due to being overweight, I feel it would be wrong if I did it.

I know I really did not answer you rquestion, but I thought I would add some sort of twist to your question. I do have a tatoo on my ankle but I did not get it because it was fashionable. I just wanted a tatoo that supports my fav. band, nine inch nails.

im 43 yrs old and i have 2 tattoos and a nose stud, i have no regrets, i like them alot. in fact i want another tattoo.

Personally, I did not get it to be fashionable, but I am sure there are many people who have- I mean, it is America, right? Everyone wants to look like everyone else.
